About Me
Hi, I’m Caitlin Crosby! As a fourth-generation Real Estate Professional, I’ve grown up in the industry my whole life. Both of my parents are Realtors, my Aunts and Uncles are in Investment and Development, my Grandpa was in Commercial, and my Great-Grandma even practiced Real Estate into her 80s!
Although my family likes to joke that I’ve been showing property since I was a kid, my career in Real Estate started when I was in high school. I worked as an Administrated Assistant, then transitioned to providing Marketing Services for numerous Realtors while studying Advertising & Business at the University of Oregon. Once I got my Real Estate license in 2018, I started working more involved roles such as being a Transaction Coordinator and then a Director of Operations, while also selling Real Estate myself.
As a woman with an entrepreneurial mindset and a love for helping others thrive, I made the decision to start my own Transaction Coordination Business during the pandemic. Since then, I have had the privilege to grow alongside agents all over Oregon and help them achieve both their business and personal goals. I can’t wait to grow with you, too!
