I get paid through escrow once your transaction is closed. I will add my fee to the Commission Demand that is sent to the title company.

Do I Pay A Fee If One Of My Transactions terminates?

I will accommodate up to 6 canceled listings or terminated transactions per agent, per year. Any additional canceled listings or terminated transactions will incur a $50 fee to be paid within 3 days.

How Do I Let You Know I Have A New Listing or New Pending Transaction?

Please send me with the executed documents you have, your client’s full names and contact information, and the source of the lead. I will need this for every transaction to be able to start it in SkySlope.
